Silky Roff ™ SR-101 is a three-component, high-performance epoxy grout designed for tile joints in wet areas, kitchens, and industrial settings. It delivers chemical resistance, a smooth finish, and anti-stain durability for floors and walls, making it ideal for heavy-duty tile grouting.
Surface Cleaning: Before grouting, remove excess adhesive & dust from tile joints. Clean the tile to remove dust, adhesive & stains.
How to Mix: Pour the contents of Part A & Part B into a container and mix well for 1 minute. Add Part C Filler powder which is available separately and mix slowly.
How to Apply: Fill the tile joints with SR-101 Grout using a rubber float. Be sure to pack all joints full. Check for joints to harden after 20-45 min. & begin initial clean up.
How to Clean: Pour plenty of clean water on the joints & scrub with a nylon scrub pad. Change water frequently after 2-3 hours joints will begin to stiffen. If rough or uneven, dress lightly with a sponge soaked in a shampoo solution to make smooth.
